I remember when I was younger I went to a game between the Astros and the Phillies and we went to the Phillies side to get autographs. One pitcher went in early and replaced every players clothes with huge diapers, pacifiers, and baby stuff. It was a pretty good prank, but it's been done before. Apparently, Larry Anderson (Phillies broadcaster now) did the same thing to rookie Wayne Gomes back in 2000 or 2001, and the dude broke down crying.
