Petition for Bucs HOF/Ring of Honor

<removed> has started a petition to get the Bucs to start a ring of honor and/or a hall of fame. They are handing the petition to the Glazers themselves. There's no reason why the Bucs don't have either. In the petition you can also vote for which players you want their numbers retired and posted in the stadium as part of a Bucs ring of honor. It only takes a few minutes and would add to Ray Jay and Buc fandom. Go Bucs!
