Parker's agent, Jordan Woy, was out of the country Monday, but he was putting the final touches on a contract for Parker. Terms of the deal weren't available, but it was close enough that Parker was making preparations to sign the contract.
Does this all but eliminate the Broncos from taking a wide receiver in the first two rounds? I would think so, especially with far more pressing needs (LT, DT).
