I think we created alot of competition at RB, WR, OL, LB, and DE through the draft and free agency I like it.

WR: DJ Hall really impresses me

RB: Amir Pinnix although only a tryout is underrated and could easily get a practice squad invite.

DE: Henderson, Gilberry, Reynolds, and Butler look like great competition

OL: Bunch of competition from URFA's and backups we have, many could make the team over those guys.

LB: Our draft picks along with FA signees could provide good competition for Wilkerson, Blackburn, DeOssie and force them to up their games.

these are the Super Bowl champs. The predictions should start at about 14-2. Another 10-6 would be a disappointment.

14-2 is very unrealistic. Possible, but alot of balls would have to bouce our way, and not having many injuries. I think im gonna stick to 9-7 still. All of the NFC East teams got dramatically better through the draft this year, Washington and Philly had injuries to their starting QBs. Dallas had two first round picks and still got pacman.

This year the NFC east will show yet again that it is a dominant conference.

thanks, i think our special teams is going to be much better than last year. We have many capable returners coming back, we have a much improved linebacking core, we have hybrid DE-LBs who will be breaking the wedges. We also have alot of nice depth at DB. We should be stopping returners at the 20/25 consistantly and returning the ball consistantly to the 30. Great for our offense and defense.

I gotta say this is how I think things will play out.

NFC East
1st Place: Dallas Cowboys: 11-5: Choke in the playoffs yet again. The Cowboys are hyped up so much and I honestly believe they aren't as good as they are made up to be.
2nd Place: New York Giants: 10-6: The Giants will win the wildcard with the Green Bay Packers.
3rd Place: Philadelphia Eagles: 8-8: I predict Donovan McNabb will actually stay healthy but that won't do much. They have no great WRs, and Asante Samuel does not automatically mean they will be elite. (Asante will be good for the Eagles, because the Eagles and Pats run a similar cover system, unfortunately that doesn't mean they are gonna be a lot better.
4th Place: Washington Redskins 6-10: I think, it was a combination of the inspiration of the death of Sean Taylor (RIP) and also the luck of Todd Collins, because I think neither Collins or Campbell will come close to the way Collins played for the Skins' at the end of the season

no, the eagles and pats definitely do not run a similar system. Pats run a zone with absolutely no press. Eagles are man press. huge difference.

im pretty sure their prodominant coverage is man press and they mix it up with some zone, but its still press.

I am almost sure they run a similar scheme of that of the Patriots, I maybe wrong but can you show me a link so I can be 100% percent sure?

Oh okay so I was right. My opinion still stands the addition of the Eagles won't make them Elite, they will be a very good team and Asante will be very good but they play in probably the toughest division in the NFL, and even with Donovan being healthy he might re-injure himself and the Eagles also lack a #1 wideout. I predict them going around 9-7, 8-8, but can very possibly be 10-6 or 11-5.

no im pretty sure that in NE they let Samuel do his thing and didnt match him up 1 on 1. Eagles defense is at least 75% of the time 1 on 1 press whether it be man or zone.
