A couple different sites say the Bucs are trying to trade Garcia. Saying he got benched because of a fight with Gruden rather than an injury.
I think Minnesota and Chicago could both be looking for a Qb to give them a boost. I dont know if Minnesota is ready to give up on Jackson though.

Sniper, I just quoted yours and changed my picks, hope you don't mind. As much as I am sick of the Brett Favre crap and with how much it will drive me crazy, I think the Jets can win. I hate New England a lot, so my bias is to the Jets a bit.

If that is the case, I am very suprised. I thought Garcia was Gruden's guy. Very interesting if true.

Those picks are against the spread. I knew something was wrong when I saw Stl beating NYG.

I am surprised the Chargers only had 2 people thinking they would win.

Eric Foster is starting for the Colts.
I highly suggest all fantasy owners with him, bench him. Unless getting eaten by the sweetest dude ever gets you points. If so, start him against Foster...

Jay Cutler's going to win MVP this season after leading the Denver Cutler's into the playoffs with that weak defense behind a significantly improved oline and that unstoppable passing game, royal + Marshall = crazzzzy numberzzzzzz

All 3 have tough games. I'll be shocked if atleast one of them doesn't win. I think Manning torches Minnesota's secondary, if his O-line can hold up.

that's a big if, losing your starting center of many years without a replacement groomed is very tough on an oline.

esspecially against the Williams. The Vikings defense could have a performance like the Bears did. If they can get pressure on Manning they can win.
I dont think it'll happen.

Bears @ Panthers is a tough one to call. I have the Panthers penciled in right now, before I put up my picks this afternoon, on the basis of a strong running game at home.
Of course if they are missing both Otah and Wharton, that would put a serious damper on that.

We had our starting center out and had much worse guards starting and the Vikings line did nothing against us.

everyone should go check the espn madden forecast, NOW. just look at the Giants-Rams game and see the key players, do it, you won't.

I'm getting a weird kick out of Oakland @ KC. One of the two will get their first win in Week 2!

Thats why I don't think they'll be effective against the Colts. Unless Allen can beat Ugoh and the Williams can destroy their center.
I have the Colts beating them. Manning should be able to torch that secondary.
