The maps on consoles aren't as large as they are on PC due to the player difference, yeah. A little annoying as I like big maps for things like Rush and Conquest, but it makes a lot of sense too.

you can also cheat and grapple if you get close to the end, provided you grapple onto the glowing platform that you need to land on.

So finding out there will only be six multiplayer maps shipped with MW3 kind of pisses me off.

I'm defiantly getting Uncharted 3 when I get the chance. I really liked Uncharted 2. I didn't think it was quite as good as some did and I think they're a little bit overrated....but they're so well made it's really hard to feel anything but good about them. Not the biggest fan of games that try to be movies to be honest, but if you can do it that well there's nothing wrong with it.

I'm a huge Uncharted fan.

Although, I'll admit that Nathan Drake is a mass murderer. lol.

He's killed many a fathers. It doesnt really make that much sense sometimes, but the games are beautiful and the gameplay is as good as it gets.

Some truth to this. Exaggerated a little bit because I distinctly remember games in 99 and 05 not shipping with near as much content as some titles do today and the majority of the content not being good...but there's some truth to this.

DLC really doesn't bother me as much as it does some people, although there's instances where it's bad...but I'm absolutely terrified of this "freemium" thing they're swinging around right now. "Free" often times turns into "as expensive as all hell to get a comprehensive experience game".

It's true DLC is getting out of control, specifically for games like Batman AC that ship with so much stuff already made but they wait and charge extra money for it. Also I guess whoever told me MW3 ships with six maps is full of ****.

Nope! Wanted the exclusive alternate uniforms that Best Buy was offering. Plus, it has the Back to Karkand map and weapon expansion pack.

Amazon was tempting though. I'd blow through $20 on there so fast. I'd probably rather have it than GameStop's. Getting two guns and special ammo that you can just unlock later by playing through the game was weak.

Yeah. It's like buy 3 games and get 1 free, plus $20. But it's probably better for Amazon if you use that $20 as part of a $20+ purchase so that Amazon gets money from you later, rather than buying cheap things and not spending over the $20.

Yeah, each retailer had something different. I know another one had a unique dogtag set. Basically when you died, your killer would see your special dog tag instead of the regular one and your username. I thought it was neat, but wanted the unis more.

A few screenshots later to be proven fake(or a joke) made their way around the internet with a horde/survival round thingy with Dinosaurs.

DICE had been making Dinosaur jokes the entire time throughout the development. They also put a rather prominent part of the first trailer where they made you think there was a T-Rex in the game and cut away to have it be an action figure on a table or something.

But yeah, it would have been pretty damn cool. Not sure it would have fit with the rest of the game...but the entire shooting dinosaurs thing hasn't been done well in awhile haha.
