Orton runs for a TD. He started to hold up the ball at the 5

I didn't realize Gus' mom posted on NFLDC.
Sorry your baby boy is an overacting clown, Mrs. Johnson.

Or when people draft Rudy Fernandez.

I thought once you call a timeout after you show you're going for it, you should probably punt it. Especially in that situation, that was a long 1, maybe 2.

Do coaches even teach tackling anymore?

Well that was a weird insult.
And people who draft Rudy are thieves, not good people.

if someone knows the answer to this, please let me know.
when you run a reverse or an end around and your about to be tackled for a big loss, why don't the receivers just throw the ball out of bounds? I can never understand why they don't. It should be any different than a QB throwing it away...

I'm spitting anger right now.
1. Al Harris and Nick Collins both go for it and drop it.
2. That makes it 4th and 10.
3. Brady Poppinga somehow draws a personal foul and gives them 15 yards for the first.
4. Can't wrap up Brandon Jones on a reverse.
5. Our D-Line is getting owned.

Love the long pass by Flacco, it's almost a lost art throwing the deep ball.

Colts did something similar against the Titans on Monday night, although without the timeout (which is even worse). I hated that call.
If they [Colts] were going to go for a 4th and 1 against them [Titans], do it immediately while the defense is still reeling a bit. Don't give them a breather.

its really risky. If someone is coming at u, u could mess up the throw and it could be easily intercepted

The Bills need help on the OL badly. Lynch hasn't had blocking all season.

Beyond the risk of intentional grounding, if the offensive line is run blocking then you'd get nailed on the inelligible receiver call.

a lot of times just a quick little chuck out of bounds would help out a lot.....oh well, just wondering if it was at least legal.
The Bears field is acting like a 12th defender. McDonald almost falls going in motion and then Smith falls on a run he could have broken for a big play...
