There's a difference with being stupider and being a team cancer. TO is a team Cancer, but plaxico shot himself in the leg.

Say what? A cancer??? He's the best teammate!!!

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/rumors/p...urn=nfl,130307

The T-shirts Terrell Owens has provided all season have been a big hit with Dallas Cowboys' teammates this season.

He gave the offensive linemen "iBlock" shirts. He gave pass rushers "iSack" shirts. Receivers got "iCatch" shirts. And so on.

T.O. seemed to be sending a message with the T-shirt he was wearing today. All the various iPhrases were put together in a block on the front.

The back read, "WE WIN."

winning cures everything. thats why the Giants game was a must win.

if you think everything is fine and dandy behind closed doors youre only fooling yourselves.

It doesn't need to be fine and dandy, though. The thing about all this "inner turmoil" that is being (mis)reported is that, if its really a problem, it will show up on the field. As long as the team has been healthy this year, they've played great football. This isn't the 2005 Eagles, self destructing week after week, playing with no cohesion and no purpose. This team has been playing lights out for 5 straight weeks now. If things were as bad as they have reportedly been, we simply would not have been able to play like we have.

All that said, there is still going to be conflict whenever you have a guy like TO around. As soon as it starts hurting the performance of the team, and actually has some tangible effect on the team at large that is more than just a few anonymous quotes or audio free shots of passion on the sideline, it won't be worth my attention.

i think it will have little to no effect on the Cowboys THIS season. but i think this will rear its ugly head in coming seasons. TO is only getting older and slower, and I think his inability to comprehend any role other than 10 catches for 100 yards and 1 TD will start to wear on this team in the future.

not this year. but beyond this year. as a franchise, you can't have short sighted vision.

I think TO lives out the rest of his contract and then the Cowboys will let him go. Things could get ugly if he asks for an extension, but at the same time, he'll be trying to play hard for that extension. I just don't foresee him hurting the team on the field. In the media? Sure, that'll happen again. They make money bashing TO. Is it any cooincidence that last Sunday's game broke NFL TV ratings records? No siree. No cooincidence at all.

Am I being naive in thinking that TO will not blow things up? Despite the media's hardest attempts to make America believe their twist on TO, he has still to this day, yet to blow up the Cowboys. When he first came here, they gave all kinds of predictions on how long before this TO experiement blew up in Jerry's face. It must be frustrating as hell for all those analysts having to still see Jerry's big smile.

When/If it happens, it'll happen. Let's talk about how the Boys will collapse then. But until then, let's hold off on the predictions that it will happen. Fair enough?

Edit: Even if it does happen that TO blows up... he won't blow up the team because we are already prepared to move on without him.

Ha ha. Guess that was asking too much, huh. ;)

Carry on. Over/Under 1 on the amount of minutes until TO blows up the Cowboys? :p

Are the Cowboys 5-11 in that situation because of TO expoding? I don't see that happening.
