Who did i miss?
Chris Gamble - 75 Tackles, 1 Force Fumble, 2 Interceptions, 60 Yards, 1 Touchdown, 17 Deflections
Good Stats but Woodson and Finnegan are better.
Julius Peppers - 44 Tackles, 5 Force Fumble, 12.5 Sacks, 60 Yards, 4 Deflections
Good Stats but Porter, Ware, and Harrison are better.
Stats are not everything but those players have better stats and a better years in my book

My vote has to be for James Harrison. He's playing lights out. Second place is a tie between Hanyesworth and Ware.

Harrison for me. Ware, Haynesworth are right there tho. Ed Reed and Polamalu are close too.

I'm taking Polamalu. He has been playing his best football of his career and its really showing. He has made some amazing picks and 23 pass deflections is an amazing stat.
My second has to be Harrison. He has simply been a beast of a player all season long.
Yes, I am a biased Steelers fan, but I've seen both these guys making great defensive plays all season long. These two are the reason the Steelers have the #1 defense.

When was the last time a defense had two players playing this well? This is probably the best defense since the 2000 Ravens.

I'm on Reed for this one. I've got Harrison second with Haynesworth third.

Honestly, I really think Polamalu should not even be in the discussion. I'm not saying he is bad, but his year is being drastically helped by the best defensive front seven in football.
I'd go with Haynesworth and then Kris Jenkins.

Big Al is down... It looks bad. This could hurt his chances if he's out.

Kris Jenkins decided to take the last 3 weeks off, he shouldn't get any consideration.

Forget his DPOY chances. If he's done for the year then so are we as a team. One and done in the playoffs.

I voted for Harrison. It was a tough decision between him and Haynesworth. 89 Tackles, 7 forced fumbles and 15 sacks is pretty crazy. Haynesworth definitely means more to his team I think though. I almost wanted to vote for Polamalu. He has had some sick interceptions this year.

I have to go with Harrison...
The guy has been one of the most complete defensive players in the league...
Sacks, FF's, an INT and a Safety.. the guy just makes plays and doesn't stop.
