TCU?
Do you see TCU making it to a BCS bowl game next year? I'd say no, only because the only way i can see them going to a BCS is if they go undefeated like Bosie. I think they will lose one game and it will be to Texas next year and that is why they wont make a BCS. They have a new offense but one thing going for them is they return a top defense. I think the only way they go BCS is if they can somehow upset Texas and remain undefeated.

Yeah I agree with you, the thing about Boise was they didnt play a team anywhere near what Texas will be like next year yet they are reguared as "national championship worthy" even last years sorry UT team dominated that terrible OU team, i was there (texas owned) and Texas will be amazing next year.
Your right about TCU's offense it will be new, new QB new WR's but we return 2 RBs one of which is a 6th year senior and an outstanding true Junior, and the defense will be top 5 without a doubt.
For the UT game its early in the season which favors TCU but its in Austin so one would like UT a lot here, needless to say everyone saw TCU in Norman when they dominated #4 Oklahoma.
TCU can win this game but if they do i see them slipping a game somewhere. If there is a non BCS league team to do it next year its TCU.

I'm looking at Chase Ortiz to have a big year for the Horned Frogs. Is it just me or is TCU a RB Factory?

They are and what Gary Patterson does is recruit tons of RBs and turns them into other posistions because in high school football it is the running backs that are the fastest andd most athletic football players on the team. Tons of TCU's starters on defense played RB in high school.
and Chase Ortiz is great but he isnt even the best DE on the team Tommy Blake is an absolute monster on the field.

Yeah, the answer to your question is can they beat Texas b/c they can beat everyone else and if they do beat Texas they will be playing a BCS Bowl

i hope not and we got them at home so im not too woried about them.
as for BYU and Utah both Beck and Weddle both single handedly beat us and is the reason we were 11-2 and not 13-0 so i dont see TCU stumbling in the MWC. I think with BYU's loss of Beck and Curtis Brown there in for a long year.

QFT. They also lost Johnny Harline who roasted the Mountain West all year at the TE position. John Beck left some big shoes to fill.

TCU im sure recruits a lot of RBs because of LT's legacy. TCU, how likely do you think it is TCU will upset Texas?
I think more than likely they will end with one loss but I do not think they will lose more than one game.
How is the new QB? I hear from my friend who attends TCU that he is better than Ballard. Also, who is TCU's biggest playmaker at RB? Merrill?

who's your friend i know a lot of people at TCU.
and also Marcus Jackson will be our likely QB, he is pretty solid. No one is better than Ballard if you are talking about his junior year and i mean NO-ONE. But he competed for the starting job this year when Ballard was blowing it this year.

my friend's name is Adam but you probably dont know him because he is from California but maybe.
i heard marcus jackson wasn't the likely pick that it will be someone else, i forget his name but he has red hair?
i hear jackson is good though and dual threat. do you think TCU will have the offense to upset Texas? i know defensively they can shut them down but im not so sure they will have the offense to respond by putting enough points up to win is the thing
why isnt ballard being drafted? or is he going free agent? also who is going to be TCU's top RB next year?

Andy Dalton is the red haired guy and i think he will be #3 next year but with Gary Patterson anything can happen.
Our #1 RB is Aaron Brown junior from Katy, TX

TCU fields a pretty good looking defense next year.
They could make it. Texas looks beatable, so anything is possible.

TCU did upset OU #4 2 years ago too so i wouldnt put it past them...big 12 teams seem to also get exposed outside of their conference too...IE: the Holiday Bowl

Yeah the Big 12 kind of hurts, and also TCU has a 4 game win streak over the Big 12 (OU, Iowa State, Baylor, Texas Tech)
