I would expect Raheem Morris to be the leading candidate for the job
Edit: Nevermind I just read that associate head coach Jim Caldwell is expected to take over if Dungy leaves.

Stay classy Tony Dungy, you had an amazing coaching career and you deserve all the accolades you can get. When things got tough on your team, you had a calming experience on your team which just put your team on the right course

Sad to see him go but He is a great coach and great person. I hope he enjoys his retirement and He defiantly should be a HOF.

Grade A coach and Grade A person. I always respected a Tony Dungy led team. Best of luck to him.

He seems like a really nice guy and is a very good coach, it's a loss for the NFL to see him go, it would be nice to see him return at some point in the future as either coach or GM.

Great person and an awesome coach. I don't think Caldwell should have much trouble.
