Woo! Not a single Packer on the list! I guess that's a minor consolation prize for this season, ha.

DT is the toughest posistion for any player to come in and produce riught away.might want to look at Dorsey's numbers compared to guys like Henderson and Haynesworth their rookie years then see if he's still a disappointment.throw in the lack of help for him on the line and to call him a disappointment is unfair IMO

haha I like seeing Shizzam on there. I will be furious if we resign him this year. I think though that Hall should be listed as a disappointment only for the Raiders because he was a stud for the Skins.

So why isn't Grant the RB? Everyone kept saying how he didn't live up to the hype this year yet there's a rookie RB that was hurt as the RB. I know it sounds weird that I'm making a case for a Packer to be on the most dissapointing team of '08. I find it odd that he wasn't on there but instead a rookie is all. Also, give me Braylon over Plax as more dissapointing. That is, if we're keeping it to just on the field. After all, shooting yourself in the leg at a club is more dissapointing than a bad season. GM is easily Al Davis for yet another failed offseason.

Edwars should be ahead Burress since his problems was on the field. McFadden shouldn't be on the list what is happening to him is the same thing that happened to DeAngelo Williams his first 2 years.

I'd put Ernie Sims over Gholston since ya know, Gholston was a rookie.

Yeah I was thinking that. DeAngelo Hall was a disappointment but Pacman should be the most instrumental part of this team, they need to find a way to get him on here. He can contribute his suckiness in so many ways, maybe they should put him on as the all-purpose player.
It is pretty unfair putting rookies on here too.

Grant was 9th in the league in rushing yards. Ahead of; LT, Brandon Jacobs, Steven Jackson, Frank Gore, Marshawn Lynch, Westbrook, Ronnie Brown, Larry Johnson and Marion Barber.

I dont think I heard a single thing about Ghoulston tho, Mcfadden was he even a starter? I dont think alot of ppl look at dorsey and say bust because of the circumstances. Ghoulston would be the only rookie I'd see as being fair for this list imo.

Yeah, that's kind of stupid, although Gholston couldn't even get on the field.
"Dishonorable mention: Alan Faneca, Jets -- Contrary to popular opinion among the media and fans, some within the league believe Faneca didn't come close to earning his big money in New York this season."
Faneca is easily the biggest reason Thomas Jones had the season he had, was he over paid? Maybe, but he was a dominant run blocker, and D'brick and Mangold played a lot better with Faneca there as opposed Adrian Clark.

I mean can we consider Suisham a "disappointment"? I thought disappointments meant there were expectations. I remember Suisham had an alright preseason with Pittsburgh a few years back but I thought Shane Andrus did for the Colts did as well.
Then again it IS the Kicker. It's hard to have sky-high expectations annually.

"He then signed with the Redskins and resumed his underachieving ways." In reference to DeAngelo, and that is extremely incorrect.
And I hope you die Jamaal Anderson.

• Dishonorable mention: Lofa Tatupu, Seattle -- Same story as Urlacher. Got paid in the offseason, and then all but disappeared this season in terms of impact.
I'm actually laughing. They neglected to put in the fact that he sprained his knee in preseason, he wore a cast on his right hand for over half the season and he had a concussion yet he only missed one full game (Eagles) and he still had a pretty decent season. I want to see them trying to wrap up a tackle with a cast on lol.

I guess they spend all the money they make from selling cheap world champion gear every year on just their swimsuit models. I'm not complaining about the models but I wouldn't mind somewhat intelligent writers for them lol.

The website is bad except for Peter King. But the magazine is incredible.
