No Eli is not a top 5 QB in this league his disappearence after losing Plax shows that hell I would even go as far as to say he is third in his draft class.
IMO both Romo and Eli are very over rated in their own respects. If Eli was so clutch they would still be in the playoffs althoiugh I would put Eli as a dramatically better QB under pressure (big games big plays ect) than Romo but he isn't Peyton or Brady. Manning had a pro bowl TE as well lest we forget but he was a head case. TO is the #2 reciever on that team next to J-Witt. So saying his WR's amplify his numbers is not totally accurate. Romo has to deal with some of the biggest egos in thet game TO just being the most public. That takes a bit of skill on its own. I don't think Eli deals with egos as well as Romo.
