I cheated a little and added Eric Berry and Rico McCoy, but oh well.
The only thing I really feel that this team would be missing is a true #1 WR. Hopefully Manning would be able to basically make Meachem or Stallworth into a #1.

UL-Lafayette couldn't field a team but we'd have a surprisingly decent secondary with Charles Tillman / Ike Taylor / C.C. Brown / Kyries Hebert / Antwain Spann / Michael Adams... also, Brandon Stokley to catch passes, Jake Delhomme to throw interceptions, and soon Tyrell Fenroy to run wild. Maybe Brian Mitchell can come out of retirement to return kicks?

I was gonna make another thread to vote on the best, but I realized you homers would all vote for your own team :p . So anyway, I think Michigan IMO takes the honor as best All-College NFL team, the defense is sick, and Tom Brady will work with "Dropsies" Edwards.

The Vols have been done, but here's a 3-4 DEF to mix it up:

DE: Albert Haynesworth, Justin Harrell
NT: John Henderson, Aubrayo Franklin
DE: Shaun Ellis, Turk McBride
OLB: Parys Haralson
ILB: Jerod Mayo, Kevin Burnett
ILB: Omar Gaither
OLB: Leonard Little
CB: Jabari Greer
CB: Jonathan Wade
NB: Jason Allen
FS: Deon Grant
SS: Gibril Wilson

All players are on current NFL rosters.

Michigan and Tennessee are pretty balanced, not many holes. Ohio State might have the most good players but too many holes at QB, DT, and OL. Same deal with Miami and USC, too much at certain positions and too little at others.

I don't think Florida has enough recent NFL talent to field an offense, the RB's for sure, but nothing else.

The All-Time defense would be good, though.

Damn, I got beat to it, but yeah that's pretty much the list I'd have too, except maybe add Nick Hayden to the DT's. Although I'd have Bollinger starting because, well, I like him more than Sorgi :). Also, that's right, Wisconsin can throw out TWO good Long Snappers baby, yeah!

I absolutely hate Notre Dame, but this is a pretty bad list man. Their history is 10x deeper than you have it. Changes in bold. and this is off the top of my head

Well, it does not matter how deep their history is as, this list is just a list of current NFL players, to be drafted, and recently retired ones, not HOFers that retired 20 years ago. A lot of teams could have that, (ex. Michigan, PSU.)

Has anyone made an All-time All-College NFl Team thread? That could get crazy. But I would be interested in some of those teams.
