Naw, he's talking about using players from specific schools that are no longer playing, ie. using Reggie White, Chuck Smith, and other retired HoF or Hall of Very Good players from the University of Tennessee.

It actually wouldn't be hard at all, and it would allow historic programs who haven't pumped out as much talent lately to be represented in the way they should. Plus, the teams will vary if multiple posters do the same team.
