For the Lions, my favorite uni is easily the throwbacks/thanksgiving uni's. Straight silver helemets, straight blue tops, straight silver pants.

I do like the Pats new unis, but the old school uni is awesome. I was thinking the same as Don Vito - Thankgiving was the last time we saw them. BOOO!!!

It seems like that is too long ago . . . wasn't there a Jets game in the snow somewhere between then and now?

Anyway, that uni should be worn as often as the league allows. The white on white is the shizznit.


Oh, and some old school bright orange Broncos would be nice. Even moreso if we could see them on some giant, oversized, old-school shoulder pads!

Agreed. My hope is that the "new" uniforms unveiled on April 25, 2009 will be heavily inspired by the 80's "Montana's" or current throwbacks and that the 2009 throwbacks will be the old, silver, 1961, Bob St. Clair era garb.
