It may be, I don't follow the cap situation all tht much, but I think I remember the team had 25ish mil in cap room last year. It is possible that we could be up near there with LJ probably not coming back, that took up 4 mil I think. Dawk doesn't have a contract right now so there is more money that is gone. The same goes with Runyan and Tra Thomas. Buckhalter and Joselio Hanslon don't have contracts right now either, so it is possible that the team right now may have around 40 mil in cap room right now, but with some of the other contracts signed as FA and the rookies, 40 mil migh be pushing it a bit, though as much as 45 mil is feasible right now. But it will not stay that way for long, with Free Agency and the Draft with three picks that will affect the cap in at least a minor way.
