15 years ago their was Aikman, Young, Elway, Marino. I'd put Farve into the previous Era as when he was at his prime he was competing against Young, Aikman and Elway. Marino would likely be put into the era before, but their is always going to be a lot of overlap.
Big Ben will very likely be in, possibly another promising young QB in the NFL right now will emerge and make it.
In the Modern Era (after WW2 or so) their have been 23 QBs into the HOF. Thats like 5-6 every 15 years.
