The circumstances seem that his fiance was wil'n out. She was trying to leave in an area that she was not familiar with, and it sounds like the argument just got out of hand. Its really unfortunate that he probably will be suspended for this; however, there is no need to attack his intelligence. I believe the real problem is that he has a weakness. A weakness for crazy ass girls. Hopefully he'll find someone to keep him grounded and out of trouble.
