Awesome, so the fact that he had the second best QB rating in the league convinced you to bump him up a whopping one point? lol

I know you don't like Shaun Hill but that is ridiculous. His accomplishments, numbers, and win percentage are better than at least half the people you have ahead of him

Stats do have some value in this rating process, but these are not fantasy ratings. Besides QB rating is the stupidest stat ever invented.
Your point is taken. Yes, Pennington had a FANTASTIC season last year but he is not a great player by any stretch. I've seen him for years as a New Yorker and sometimes his physical deficiencies do hurt him. We all know his strengths, but even with his incredible intangibles he still hasn't been able to overcome lack of arm strength to the point where he has taken his team deep into the playoffs (relevant because he was cut from one team and has been in the league for a while). 79-80 is JMO. We could argue about Penny for days, but let's just agree to disagree. Anyone else like to weigh in on Pennington. Again, I think 79 is fair but i would not be opposed to 80.
More comments to come as I get a chance to review some of the posts...

I'll admit to being a J. Russell fan, so maybe you are right there. Anyone, thoughts?
Anyone else? Is Shaun Hill better than Trent Edwards, Jason Campbell, or Jake Delhomme? (Don't think you have an argument about anyone else above him.)

Okie dokie, point taken, but I watched every Fins game last year and have seen him as a Jet countless times, and he's definitely one of the top 15 starters. You bring up the Playoffs, but there are players rated higher than him that haven't even been in the playoffs, specifically Jay Cutler, Aaron Rodgers, and Matt Schaub. I don't think his lack of arm strength has been the determining factor in his playoff success, I don't really understand your point on that one. We'll wait for others to weigh in though.

Hill is definitely better than the 4 you mentioned. I'd put him ahead of Flacco (at least right now), Bulger, Garrard, Collins, and possibly Hasselbeck as well.

Well, when he's healthy he's played pretty well that's why I said upside. I probably should lower him a bit more and then put upside to him.
