I'd say eli's too low, and point to Matt "I like to take a few games off each year due to injury, but thank god I get to throw th ball to Andre" Schaub being ranked ahead of him. But i'd probably come off as a homer.

Hasselback, Shaub, and Pennington over Eli? Lmao... this is not even Giants homerism but really? Pennington an argument maybe, but Shaub and Hasselback are you ******* me? Hasselback was injured and has not done much since the SEA super bowl trip, and Shaub can't even stay healthy I don't think Ryan has done enough to be at 10 either...

Is this physical talent or overall talent? If it's the latter than neither Manning nor Brady are very high. If it's the former than they have to be the consensus top two.

Orton may not be the greatest QB there every was but he has a damn near 2/3 winning percentage and has no business being behind Quinn, the rookies or Shaun ******* Hill....

Is this list based off talent or best QB. I know it says talent but the list reflects best QB's. Which is it?
edit:P-L, I didn't see you already asked the same question.

Overall QB talent and production. Ranking guys that have already played or rookies is pretty hard.
Schaub was 7th for passer rating. He's done pretty well when he was on the field, I didn't consider injuries for any of it. That also helped Hasselbeck, he has been consistently very good for the past seasons
Eli probably is probably too low, how the offense struggled at the end of the season really stuck out in my mind. Besides the SuperBowl run he's very inconsistent, last year he was really good for the most of the season, really bad at the end. Should have boosted him some for winning the SB.
Orton really struggled after he came back from injury. He just starred down receivers way too much.

I would just like to point out that there are a minimum of 136 people who should have their internet privileges revoked for life.
I am one of the bigger supporters of Jamarcus Russell, but he has 136 votes for #1 overall? Ok, so maybe he and his mom saw this poll and had to participate--those two would be understandable. But how does one explain the next 134 picks? No. That's just ridiculous.
This is coming from a guy who ranked Russell (#17) higher than probably 95% of the posters here would rank him. But he does not deserve any 1st place votes.
