I just don't think that Beatty (who is the only other guy I see being worth taken in round one) would be a good fit for the Steelers.

Fair enough...I'd like to see Loadhalt there, however he is a big reach there. I just think trading out of that spot may be better to be honest. To me though the biggest thing is fixing up the Right side of the line and getting Colon back to guard and that starts with picking a big RT to me

Oh I completely agree with you, but like I said the value isn't there and i couldn't think of another position to go after.

Could see the Patriots pick happening, but only a small chance. I wouldn't be pleased. Not terrible though.

Butler is a good pick there. Honestly the FO seems content with our Oline and is more than likely going to pick BPA, and they are certainly not going to reach. I am very high on Butler and would love it if we picked him. Alex Mack is a big possibility there and Larry English is too.

The more I see/read/hear on Harvin the more I like him. I'm coming around to the idea of Harvin @ 23 then OLB, S and on from there.
Maybe NE finally says F-It and takes a WR in round one b/c of their recent failures with 2nd round WRs?
At this point I'm cool with it as long as NE doesn't pass on Maualuga or Britton.

I don't see Sanchez coming to the Broncos unless McDaniels regards him as the second coming of Christ / Elway.
The Patriots had success developing later round picks at the QB position while McD was there and I don't see why he'd buck that trend now. If they do go for offense early, it is much more likely to be a RB to help build the cast around the QB position, giving Orton (and then whoever they groom to replace him) a better chance at succeeding.

haha... my thoughts exactly. As long as there are still a bunch of OLBs
available at 23 then I wouldn't mind us going with Harvin/Britt/Nicks
and then pick up an OLB and S in the 2nd rd

Why do you want English? Ideally I'd want to find a way to trade up for a tackle or Tyson Jackson...Not sure how we could pull it off though.
