Is Pashos going to start over Snyder or is he going to be the backup at both tackle spots?
I'm shocked that Spencer won the starting spot opposite Clements. I wasnt expecing that at all.
Someone else from another site had an idea -
move Clements to FS and start Bly and Spencer/Brown.
Thoughts?

Nah, Clements is a pure corner best at man up coverage. I was shocked that Spencer came back from ACL surgery so well.
But they need to get Tarell Brown more playing time somehow.

From what I have seen, Clements has been getting beat in man and zone coverage and thats obviously not a good thing.
I'm still shocked that Spencer won the starting job opposite Clements. I was expecting Clements and Bly to be the starters with Brown being the nickel back and Spencer being the dime back.

Which is why it boggles my mind that they insist on playing him off-man and in zone situations.

Me, just not as much as I want a RT, Pass Rushing OLB, Playmaking S (if none of the young guys emerge this year) and a legitimate QBOTF.

The more I think about it, the more I realize that the reason they cut JJ Finley AND Bear Pascoe is because they knew they have Alex Smith to block.
Just look at Yay's sig :)

I'll 2nd that. Safety was ignored for way too long in the draft, I guess there were other pressing needs like 0-line. And unless there's an outrageous 180-turnaround in current performances (attn: Manny Lawson, are your ears burning?), the need for a pass rusher may trump all others going into the 2010 draft too.
Yay are you counting the one they will get for trading Crabtree's rights? I know they say don't count your chickens yet, but they're a lot dumber than I thought in the FO if they aren't vigorously pursuing that by now. Oh wait, that would be 3 1st rd. picks in an uncapped yr, hmmmmm....

I'm a little uneasy about having THREE first round picks when it's tough as nails for us to sign one. lol

We'll just go like the Pats and convert them into half the second round.

Seems to be working for them. Horrible what the Hoodie did to Seymour.

Its not the draft picks, its the PLAYER himself and his AGENT that are the cause for the problems besides, any player who thinks that they're worth more than where we draft them will just be wasting a year of their career.

I think the pats have the luxury of having enough to talent to let those picks develop. I'm fed up with losing.

^^^^^
I am too but at the same time, I dont want us to get in the playoffs with an 8-8 record or some crap like that and then get bounced at home in the wild card round.
When we finally get into the playoffs, I want it to be where anything less than a SB victory is a disappointment as opposed to well, we made it in and we'll go further next year. I want it to be like back in the late 90's or even 2001 when we went 12-4 to where we think our team has a legitimate shot at getting to the SB and winning it.

I hope so. Though, I would rather see the Panthers completely flop this year, so both our picks will be in the top 15.

I don't wish for him to be hurt....I enjoy watching him play....I'd just like to see him not so effective, maybe having an "off" game or an "off" year.

Is there a way to watch the games for free online after the game ends?
Thanks.
