Dogs and cats both are awesome. I was always a dog person but had never owned cat up until a few years ago. Either is a fine option and both are way better than birds.

Never read about it because the picture itself makes my tear ducts go into action. Dogs are ******* awesome. I like other people's cats, but refuse to own one unless I find mice in my house. I don't know what I'd do without my dog.

My chihuahuas are even good at hunting mice...they killed one last year that was roaming around
