the actor who played predator in "the predator" was a man named kevin peter hall, who was black and 7' 2". for the first couple scenes they used the famous actor, jean claude van dame, but they realized that all the actors in the movie were body builders that were all over 6' 0" tall, where as van dame was 5' 9". so they used hall because they wanted to show the predators dominance
