This is my Preworkout.. I take 2 NX6 and a scoop of KRANK in 4oz of water and just throw it back real quick and then drink the BCAA 1 1/2 scoops in about 16oz of Water during workout.

My energy is always way high and endurance is phenomenal. I can tell in the amount of reps and focus I have with, and without it.

Got a solid lift in tonight, started with 20 minutes on the elliptical on level 4, then just busted it all out tonight. Then at the end did 10 minutes on the elliptical on level 5 to finish it off. Sadly I have to lift tomorrow at 7:45 a.m. because thats the only time I have a chance to work out tomar :/

All these pre workout supplement, have to be doing a number on your kidneys.

I'm always for natural energy, eat some fruit, grind through it. After you hit your peak, two weeks of pre and then cycle off. If you use to much it becomes a cruch.

I just drink a protein shake before I work out. I have noticed I do push myself harder when I take a protein shake vs no preworkout drink.

Does it really make much of a difference? If you take it before your workout you're digesting it sooner and it will be available sooner. If you drink it afterwards you need it to digest before it does its work.

Damn I lost 3 pounds in 1 week just by not eating more than 2000 calories a day. Can't wait until I start running.
