Well I just got back to working out after almost not working out for pretty much an entire year... and man if you haven't been around the weights for that long you are in for a very rough time when you get back to them. I almost couldn't make it through my work out today...
Any advice from the some experienced work out-aholics out there on how to get some of my strength back? I feel so weak now. :(

I've taken it.
The caffeine plus creatine really give you crazy pumps. You'll be lifting more then ever, and you'll be all vainey from all the NO.
Its cool, but I always would throw up after workouts and after eating. It would be all the red fruit punch NO-Xplode i was taking.
Drinking it is a bit weird, really fizzy and it sweet and bitter.

Well right now I just want to gain some strength back, I've slacked off with working out and now it's biting me in the behind. I don't have any set in stone numbers I want to reach (like benching 200 lbs)... I just want to get back to feeling, and looking good.

What if I wasn't the biggest weightlifter? All I really do is cardio, abs, and complexes. I want something that will give me more energy. And you threw up a lot? That's horrible, I hate puking

I never took no.xplode but I have taken similar products.
I took capsules. Never puked or anything but my stomach hurt when I took it every time. I had to take a dumb all the time. Like the first week or two of taking it felt awesome. It was like I was on steroids. I felt really strong, and I wasn't getting tired, I really had a lot more energy. Then it just faded away and I was my usual self after that even tho I kept taking it. Then when I stopped taking I was worse then when I initially started before I ever took it. I guess my body just got used to the NO, if I wasn't taking it then I had no energy for anything. No I stick strictly to just protein products or no products.

That would be the amount of caffeine that is in that ****. It is basically like a supercharged coffee. Basically what happens is you get a buzz, your body adapts to the caffeine and thus it would take far more to get a similar effect and then when you stop you crash. The same as with nearly all stimulants. Same idea as cocaine or heroin and how the addiction works.
I used No-Xplode for a bit, the orange one tastes horrible, grape was alright, but it really isn't great tasting, as someone who was drinking a lot of coke at the time I didn't really notice much of anything, other than that it made me sweat a lot.

I picked up a small 10 serving thing of no-xplode. I'm a little confused with the directions, maybe someone can help out, it says..
Scoop+water, blahblah.. "Wait 60 minutes to assess your tolerance." Huh? and then "If appropriate, do additional scoopage and wait 60 more minutes" It says this again, to assess your tolerance. I was under the impression I was gonna take a scoop, wait a half hour and have a great workout.. What about my tolerance to it, does it want me to assess?

I would advise against any pre workout supplement as you can pretty much make your own mix for like a sixth of the cost if you really need it. A cup of coffee/green tea and a b vitamin should be enough for most people though, especially since most of the people in this thread aren't training for sports or a competition.

Drinking coffee right now before my workout. It's not a routine for me but it works well and it doesn't cost me ****.

Just take 1 scoop on empty stomach, workout. If you don't feel crazy, and different after two or 3 works outs take 1 more scoop. Usually 1 did the trick for me, yeah its mostly a caffeine rush. I figured that out after I stop taking it. I'm not into body building either, but man I was putting up weight I've never done.
I had fruit punch. But empty stomach is key.

I don't think so. I bought the small tub, and it had like a scoop, scoop, like whey scoops. So 2-3 spoons I guess.

I couldn't workout on an empty stomach. Does that thing make you feel like your stomach is filled up after you take it?

I can't workout on a full stomach lol. And no it doesn't. It worked great tonight for me. I could tell that I could do more with less fatigue. I almost fainted after my sets of cleans and had a stomach ache.. but it worked great.

How do you almost faint? I can't workout on an empty stomach. I can on a full stomach, but I try to always time it right where it's like I eat 1 hour before my workout.

thats the caffeine rush. It happens, it slowly goes away. Also the amount of blood your body is pumping your not used to. Notice all the vains, also drink lots of water for the creatine.
