I guess that means that all packers fans should be arrested when they are at vikings games. Cause all the do is chant "go pack go". Oh wait, that would empty half the stadium. I don't care how obnoxious he was. He was just doing the same thing that any other fan would do.

First of all where did he curse at the cop? second of all cursing at a cop im pretty sure can only be noted as you said this if it is made a case against you. The guy asked to repeatdly speak with him, the cop said you canoutside or not at all, the guy then repeatedly asked "im not allowed to talk to you?" and the cop took him outside. There was no wrong doing that the video showed anyone doing, other then a bunch of cops arrsting a guy cheering for his team, then another guy sticking up for him taken "outside".

They didn't beat him up, they were just trying to handcuff him and he wasn't cooperating at all. That idiot at the end should have been arrested too.

My understanding is that he was hit by something and he got into a shouting match with another fan. He was wearing the wrong colors so the cops went for him. If you have Chargers fans around saying he did nothing wrong and a person you don't even know defending you to that extent then there had to be something wrong with the situation.

It's only obnoxious if you're rooting for the opposing team. Where's that eye roll emoticon?

As well as a Charger fan telling the girl to get down his number if she needs a witness to the entire thing. That doesnt just happen unless some bs was just pulled.

with this video i would get a good lawyer and sue the chargers, security guys, nfl, local police department, state of california, and arnold personally. with that being said i'm sure there are a few minutes in between the video feed that would probably justify how things went down.

He yelled this is fn bs at least once. I don't feel like watching the video again but I'm pretty sure he said a few other things. He should have at least been warned to **** because what he was doing is disorderly conduct. He calmed down though so it's all good. Sticking up for a guy getting arrested is generally disorderly conduct if you persist in trying to interfere.

Watch the video dude. There is a break in between him cheering and him getting arrested. We don't know what he got arrested for because the video cuts out. Something happened in the break obviously. He did something to garner the attention of several fat and probably lazy cops. You think they would waddle down several flights of steps and arrest someone just because he was cheering???

My point exactly. There are going to be buttholes like him at every football game. It should be expected.

If you read the youtube comments, the guy who posted the video who is a Charger fan I believe, explains that in the break things were thrown at the Jet fan and that he started yelling at another/other fan(s). He was prolly drinking, maybe not heavily intoxicated, but that's what he will be in trouble for. Causing a scene while at any level of intoxication can be the judgment of cops, and they decided to act.

Police officers can make mistakes. It's not out of the realm of possibility that they just didn't know what they were doing.

Screaming this is F'n BS is not disorderly conduct, nor could you say that he wasnt just making a general statement. Under no circumstances did they have the right to take him out of the game as well. He had every right to say what he did, he didnt interfere with the arrest, he got out of the way for them to arrest him, and he simply stood off to the side claiming that it wasnt right to arrest the guy.
Anyway, I have a hard time believing the guy did something that bad off the camera if every chargers fan around him was sticking up for the guy. A chargers fan wouldnt have defended him had he done anything back to another chargers fan.

What's easier to do? Throw out 1 fan or throwing out anywhere from 10-25 fans?

It's a well known fact: You can't be a football fan in San Diego. That's illegal. Why else would playoff games nearly get blacked out?

In many states, using the "F" word in public is grounds for disorderly conduct/public nuisance. In fact in Louisiana, you can even be charged with "Contributing to the delinquency of juveniles" by saying it in front of someone who is 17 or younger. I know for a fact that, in Shreveport, making an attempt even to discuss a situation while a police officer is making an arrest is grounds for arrest on the basis of interfering with official police business (for whatever reason, I can not think of the exact terminology used, I don't think it is "abetting", but it may in fact be).

That's why he was arrested. He was probably just asked to leave and resisted. I've seen this happen all the time at Giants Stadium. Except normally the fan asked to leave doesn't resist and walks on his own just escorted by security.

And watch the ******* part where every single person around him is saying that he didn't do anything.
Also, I have tickets in the Dawg Pound where worse **** than this happens on a regular basis. The cops ask around and make sure they have the right people and the right story from some people so they don't just go arrest people. If a fan is getting harassed they remove them from that area and sit them somewhere else.
Cops handled this as bad as you possibly can.

So the cops just picked out some random Jets fan and arrested him for no reason? We don't know what this douchebag did to garner their attention but it's pretty obvious he did something. I'm not detective but I'm betting they are saying he did nothing wrong because all he did was retaliate, which most people think is okay. I'm sure if he cooperated with them it would have went a lot better, but he didn't.
