Merge two teams:
What combo of two teams will lead to the strongest roster? I know its a useless hypothetical bu I like the thought nevertheless.
My early, just thought about it combo would be the ravens and the saints:
QB: Brees
RB: Raymell Rice, Pierre Thomas
FB: Le'Ron McClain
WR: Colston, Moore, Maechem, Mason, Henderson
TE: Shockey
LT: Jared Gaither
LG: Jahri Evans
C: Matt Birk
RG: Carl Nicks
RT: Michael Oher
Insert Ravens front 7 with vilma for gooden.
CB Tracy Porter, Jabari Greer, Dominic Foxworth
S Ed Reed, Darren Sharper, Dewan Landry
would be a pretty sick team imo

Nice idea, I think I would go Colts and Vikings.
QB: Manning
RB: Adrian Peterson
FB: Tahi
WR: Reggie Wayne
WR: Sidney Rice
TE: Dallas Clark
LT: Bryant McKinnie (this is the big weakspot!)
LG: Hutch
C: Jeff Saturday
RG: Kyle DeVan (another weak spot)
RT: Ryan Diem
DE: Dwight Freeney
UT: Kevin Williams
NT: Pat Williams
DE: Jared Allen
OLB: Chad Greenway
MLB: E.J Henderson / Gary Brackett
OLB: Clint Session
CB: Kelvin Hayden
CB: Antoine Winfield
FS: Antoine Bethea
SS: Bob Sanders
Outside of the O-line I really like this team

Colts-Jets
Qb- Peyton
Rb- Addai/Greene
Fb- Richardson
Wr- Wayne
Wr- Cotchery
Wr- Garcon/Collie
Te- Clark, Keller
Jets offensive line.
Defense would be a little trickier finding the right system but aside from a few holes in the secondary and Freeney it would be mostly Jets.

Saints & Vikings
QB: Drew Brees
RB: Adrian Peterson
RB: Reggie Bush
WR: Marques Colston
WR: Sidney Rice
WR: Percy Harvin
WR: Robert Meachem
TE: Jeremy Shockey
TE: Vishante Shiancoe
LT: Jamaal Brown
LG: Steve Hutchensin
C: Jonathan Goodwin
RG: Jahri Evans
RT: Bryant McKinnie
LE: Will Smith
DT: Kevin Williams
DT: Sedrick Ellis
RE: Jared Allen
WLB: Chad Greenway
MLB: Jonathan Vilma
SLB: EJ Henderson
CB: Jabari Greer
FS: Darren Sharper
SS: Roman Harper
CB: Tracy Porter
The offense would be so versatile. The defensive front 4 would create insane pressure, would never even have to blitz.

Why is Robert Mathis so overlooked? Guy is a fumble forcing machine.

New York Jets and Green Bay Packers
QB: Aaron Rodgers
RB: Shonne Greene/Thomas Jones/Ryan Grant
WR: Donald Driver
WR: Greg Jennings
WR: Jerricho Cotchery
WR: Braylon Edwards
TE: Jermichael Finley
TE: Dustin Keller
LT: D'brickashaw Ferguson
LG: Alan Faneca
C: Nick Mangold
RG: Josh Sitton
RT: Damien Woody
That offense would be ridiculous.

49ers and Packers
QB - Aaaron Rodgers
HB - Frank Gore / Ryan Grant
WR - Greg Jennings
WR - Donald Driver
WR - Michael Crabtree
TE - Vernon Davis
A tandem of Frank Gore and Ryan Grant would be nasty. Crabtree playing the slot while Driver and Jennings get the X and Y spots. Vernon Davis is money at TE, when he's not dropping the ball lol
Not sure of the O-Line.. For the team's sake there better be more Packers than 49ers lol
DE - Justin Smith / Cullen Jenkins
NT - BJ Raji / Aubrayo Franklin
DE - Aaron Kampman / Justin Harrell
OLB - Clay Matthews
ILB - Nick Barnett
ILB - Patrick Willis
OLB - Manny Lawson
CB - Al Harris
CB - Charles Woodson
FS - Nick Collins
SS - Dashon Goldson
The D-Line rotation would make any D-Coordinator jizz on themselves. The linebackers are ******* boss and DB's are all ball hawks. Nick Collins and Dashon Goldson would make up one of the better safety tandems in the league.
K - Mason Crosby
P - Andy Lee

Brandon Moore would def start at guard. Hes been the Jets best run blocker this year.

Yup, he's really overlooked. I could see Woody getting benched but not familiar enough with the Packers OL to really know if they have a superior tackle. Defense could be pretty sweet too, lots of young talent on both squads and the corners would obviously be ridiculous.

How about the Packers + the Vikings?
QB: Aaron Rodgers (aka the devil)
RB: Adrian Peterson
WR: Sidney Rice
WR: Greg Jennings
WR/RB: Percy Harvin
TE: Shaincoe/Finley (toss up, both are animals)
LT: McKinnie (weak spot)
LG: Steve Hutchinson
C: John Sullivan (don't know how good Wells is, but another weak spot)
RG: Josh Sitton
RT: Loadholt (he has potential, Tauscher is going downhill)
DE: Jared Allen
DT: Kevin Williams
DT: Phat Williams
DE: Aaron Kampman
OLB: Clay Matthews
MLB: EJ Henderson
OLB: Chad Greenway
CB: Charles Woodson
SS: Bigby
FS: Collins
CB: Winfield
nickelback: Cedric Griffen
The biggest weakness on this team is the offensive line, because the Packer's wouldn't contribute much there. But I think this team is better than any of the combined ones up there yet, except probably the Saints/Vikes

Some others have said Packers and Jets, but no one has given a full roster.
QB: Aaron Rodgers
RB: Ryan Grant/Shonn Green/Thomas Jones
FB: Tony Richardson
WR: Greg Jennings/Braylon Edwards/James Jones
WR: Donald Driver/Jerricho Cotchery/Jordy Nelson
TE: Jermichael Finley/Dustin Keller
LT: D'Brickashaw Ferguson
LG: Alan Faneca
C: Nick Mangold
RG: Brandon Moore
RT: Damien Woody
DE: Cullen Jenkins/Johnny Jolly
NT: Kris Jenkins/Ryan Pickett/BJ Raji
DE: Shaun Ellis/Marques Douglas
OLB: Clay Matthews/Aaron Kampman
ILB: David Harris/Bart Scott
ILB: Nick Barnett/AJ Hawk
OLB: Calvin Pace/Brad Jones
CB: Charles Woodson/Al Harris/Lito Shepard
SS: Jim Leonhard/Atari Bigby
FS: Nick Collins/Kerry Rhodes
CB: Darrell Revis/Tramon Williams/Dwight Lowery
It's weird because you first think that combining the best two teams would be the way to go, but these two just match up so perfectly that I don't think a better combination can be made.

Yeah, i'm not gonna lie, the Packers/Jets combination is probably the best of all the suggestions so far, by a large margin.
