Indiana
So all kidding aside. I am about to take a job in Indiana, and I was wondering. Is it a good place to live? Ill probably be there for 6-8 months, ending in December. I dont know which cities, but im guessing a larger one, most likely Indy or Bloomington.

I've lived in Indiana all my life. I think its your run of the mil midwest state. If you can handle our weather you'll be just fine. And if your moving to Bloomington, you wont be to far from me at all. lol

You guys are killing me. I lived in Indiana from when I was 2-20 years old. I grew up 40 mins from Muncie in Winchester.
Make damn sure that you live in an actual city and not a town or else you will never watch another movie, be near western civilization, or see black people ever again.

On the plus side, it's relatively cheap to live in Indiana.
On the negative side, you have to live in Indiana.

It depends on your interests but I like Indianapolis just fine. Boring to visit, but it's cheap to live there and there are things to do if you look. In the Bloomington/Brown County area there are outdoorsy things to do, and lots of bars and things that you typically find in a college town. Also artsy types, hippies, and *** people.

I've been in West Lafayette for 4 years now, there's not a lot to do and it can get boring/repetitive at times, especially if you're coming from a big city. So yeah, stick to Indianapolis.
