His bomb to Blackmon in the Under Armour game was nothing short of amazing. On the numbrs 60 yards downfield off his backfoot on the run. He can throw and has good mechanics. Then he runs for a 60 yard td..out-running everyone . This is why Locker sprang to mind.

lol Just messin. I like Locker's physical tools. Pretty sure Jeff would take that as a compliment. I just hope that Driskel isn't rushed onto the field, but then he is already enrolled at UF so he should be alright. Hope Coach Weis can get him ready and coach him up well.

Driskel w/ Weis should be great. Real excited about our pro style offense, and the new overhaul.
Loved Urban, he did great things and will forever be greatfull. Now on to the Muschamp era.

Blakley should arrive tomorrow, if he hasn't already made it to Gainesville per his facebook.
Janoris is coming back per his twitter account.
WOOOOOOOO!!!
8 EEs and 60 overall schollies right now. We still have plenty of room for a full class of 25 on NSD.

well its supposed to be a pro-style. but i think weiss will somehow build an offense around all of the speed we possess, especially at the RB position. I mean he did lead Jamaal Charles to a great season, and he may use our guys similarly even tho they are a bit tiny

proshoota25,
Glad to hear that we are getting of the spread for t least half of our play book. However,I think we will still need some of it to spread out WR and speed we still got that I agree with you.We just need a different pace for offense and a new change. Will be interesting to see how the formations look.I was also curious if we are goin to be using the 2 or 3 WR all the time. This off season is gonna suck waiting lol.

As of right now it's looking like we could see a 3-4 with Floyd at NT with Howard and Easley as the ends. Powell and Martin figure to play in prominently as OLB's.

Hm a 3-4 eh?That should be a interesting switch as long as it works I'm cool with it.This should be a fun and hopefully fun ride this season for us Gator fans.Does any have any other news that they could throw in this mix for our new offense and defense?

Mack Brown has a leg up on the starting RB job because he's the only guy we have in the "workhorse" mold.

Not real big on the 3-4 for college defenses. The d-linemen aren't big and strong enough to hold up in a two gap system.

If Dan Quinn uses the same system he used here in Seattle, it wont be a pure 3-4. He used a very weird system that had a 330 pound "Defensive end" on one side, a 260 pound pure pass rusher on the other as well as a NT and a UT.

Patchan and James Wilson are both 100% for a change. lol
Looks like our O-line starters are going to be:
LT Nixon backed up by Green or Koehne
LG Silberman backed up by Wilson
C Harrison backed up by Wenger and Robey
RG Halapio backed up by Alajajian
RT Patchan or Chaz Green
Trey Burton is our "F" Back (per Muschamp @ UF Media Day) he will line up all over the place (FB, TB, Slot, TE)
Demps changed his number to 28
Dunbar to 9
Christian is back @ TE
Roberson is running with the CBs
Showers has looked good @ CB
LB starters look like they will be:
SAM McCray backed up by Ajagbe
MIKE Bostic backed up by Taylor
WILL Je. Jenkins backed up by Finley
Still fuzzy on the BUCK position, to be honest, but that will undoubtedly go to "Powee".
But they have said that they will play mostly 4-3 and mix in 3-4 when they see fit.
Our top 3 WRs could end up being:
Thompson
Hammond
Dunbar
with Hines and Debose next.
Great video on our current verbals:

if the season started today, marcus roberson would be the #1 corner. and a damn good one, at that. chaz green would be the rt under the same scenario.
a.c. leonard tore his meniscus (really upset about that), so clay burton is moving to tight end to provide depth.
receivers will definitely be hammond, thompson, dunbar, and muschamp has said that hammond is the most complete of the three. debose is starting to catch up a bit as a receiver. will be a dangerous return man, though.
also, the defenders are all raving about dan quinn and bryant young. these guys are going to have our defensive line looking absolutely terrifying. awesome, awesome hires by muschamp.
