long way to go before declaring them the best ever. They do have a great start though.

Yeah, it was one of the best.. I'd say 1984 is the best ever (so far) since it produced Michael Jordan, "Hakeem" Olajuwon, Charles Barkley, and John Stockton.

It definitely has a chance to be the best ever. Three potential HOFers in LeBron, D. Wade, and Melo. Plus Bosh, Hinrich, and Ford will all likely be all stars

I'd take this class over the current.... Just wait for Darko to come around, ha.

Out of the 4 choices above, I'd take the 84 one. But why is the 2003 one not in there if you are arguing it is one of the best?

And I forgot to put Zydruna Illgauskas, MArcus Camby, JEff Mciinis and Derik Fisher. It's not only full of Superstars but chalk full of Good role players and none of those crazy wasted picks like in the '01 draft.

Darko is beastly. He just needs to get less timid out there.. Rebounding is his biggest problem. He can block, the J is there on and off.. but he can't rebound, he seems scared of picking up a foul. I'll give him until the end of next year before I curse at him.

Kirililenko is a Euro but he isn't a pansie. I read that in the summer league Darko was getting a chip on his shoulder.

jordan - agrueable best ever. top 50. MVPs, championships. allstart game (MVPs), etc
Hakeem - top 3 centers ever. top 50. MVP. championships
barkley - top 50 player. league mvp. did everything. MVP
stockton - most steals and assists ever. top pg all time. top 50. contender for years. one of all time duo's
can't go against the results until the rest of the guys careers are over. people just tend to forget how good the past is, just choosing what they know, or what hasn't happened yet.
