Jarrod Saltalamacchia in the top of the 5th inning against the A's. I think the outrage is a little preposterous.

I agree, the 5th inning is totally fair game for a bunt attempt for a hit. A team isn't required to rollover just because a guy had a 4 good innings to start a game.

So new rule, NBA: Unless you have a root canal at halftime, SHUT UP AND PLAY!

I think its only classless after the sixth inning, and even then, it depends on the score.

It means I no longer get Up and In podcast every week. It was 2 hours of greatness. I will miss it dearly.

I don't care if it's 2-outs 9th inning, it is NOT classless to get on base and try to help your team win.
I remember when Bob Brenly was calling Ben Davis chicken-**** for breaking up Schilling's Perfect Game.
I lost a lot of respect for Brenly that day.

This Dodger team is unbelievably frustrating to watch. We can string together hit or get clutch hits to save our lives.

You mean giving Profar for that is overpament? Probably yeah, but who knows truly. Managing a godlike SS can do wonders for all.
