I don't know why Ned doesn't understand that Mendoza can't go more than 5 innings. He's too easy to figure out after a couple times through the order. Their other pitchers eat enough innings to afford to use the bullpen for 4 when he starts.
If the team was capable of scoring more than 2 runs a game, it'd be fine. But they aren't.
I wouldn't be sir prized if he passed McCoy on the depth chart. I think he might have a better arm and accurate arm then him from the highlights I thought. He also got some wheels too help us prepare for QB's as Wilson , RG3 and other runners etc.
I was hearing about Chris Davis' 25 HRs midway through June and it reminded me of Sammy Sosa's 20 HRs in the month of June (in 1 month) in 1998. B-R stats for the month of June give Slammin' Sammy a BA of .298, OBP of .331 and SLG of .842 in June 1998. He also had just a BABIP of .206 during that month. Ridiculous, no?
