Since August 1st the Milwaukee Brewers have lost 10 times, 7 of those losses have came against the Cardinals. Smh at the rest of their opponents during that stretch. Nothing against the Brewers, they got their **** done, winning the division, and I will be squarely on their bandwagon come October, but damn!

yoda no. you sir shall be a king upton fan.
also how ever insignificant that Hill for Johnson trade seemed we are 13-2 since it and Hill's 1.000+ OPS and McDonald has been simply amazing on defense, I completely understand the love he gets now
drunken fact: justin upton is the most valuable player just by the definition of the word. d'backs maybe a 60? win team without him

Alright, Nyjer Morgan or Tony Plush forced me off the Brewer bandwagon. Not a huge shock. He is such a ******* idiot. He is a good player, but he does way too much to just get under the teams' skin. And calling our best player a girl.
A. What are u? 5? My five year old brother calls people girls when he gets pissed off at them. So u sir, act like a 5 year old.
B. U started the **** with Pujols when u threw ur chew at Carpenter. We're not gonna let u just throw stuff that was in ur mouth at our pitcher. Yeah, Carp yelled when he struck u out, it prolly was **** u, but u know what. U yell whenever u get a hit. So u are a hypocrite and just a straight out douche.
So **** u, go DIAMONDBACKS! Right on fenikz!

He's our 4th best pitcher on the team. Like it or not.
If it wasn't for the bullpen implosions, he'd have 200+ wins right now.

what would it take for you guys for Upton to be MVP?
298/.379/.554 30 HR, 38 2b, 5 3b, 20 SB, 85 RBI, 97 Runs, 6.9 WAR, 10.3 UZR, wOBA .400

I'd say he is the MVP right now. I'd go Kershaw for CY right now slightly over Halladay but that can change after every remaining start. Bautista and Verlander in the AL.

I'm a believer that MVP needs to be on a good team but here are their stats head to head(but I entrirely contradict that belief with thinking Bautista is MVP in the AL)
.298/.379/.554, 30 HR, 38 2b, 5 3b, 20 SB, 85 RBI, 97 Runs, 6.9 WAR, 10.3 UZR, wOBA .400
.315/.376/.553, 30 HR, 32 2b, 3 3b, 9 SB, 113 RBI, 78 Runs, 6.6 WAR, 9.1 UZR, wOBA .395

Those stats look pretty damn even to me considering Tulo plays a premium position. The difference in WAR of .3 is basically negligible.
And the whole argument of the MVP needing to be on a good team makes no sense for baseball, an individual sport.
Upton winning would definitely not be a bad pick though.

Since the numbers are so close Upton gets the edge to me since he is on the winning team.
