If I was Craig I'd request a trade this offseason, he's in his late 20s and would be a bench player next year for the cards. As a DH he could be a 30-35 homerun guy.

Lol Tim McCarver is so terrible. And he just corrected himself. Also loved the "It was a bad break but a good break for the rangers"

U'all expecting an angry rant, u have to look else where. I cannot come in here after our bullpen has carried our asses all postseason for the most part. Two games in, and we have exactly what we thought, an even series against even teams each scoring 4 runs. Well, pretty even teams I'd say, the edge prolly with the Rangers. So I can't be too mad, the Rangers made the plays and we didn't and we just gotta move on. We gotta win at least 1 in Texas.

Man, Ian Kinsler and Elvis Andrus completely took the game over running the bases. What a great effort by those guys.

Pretty well played game all around. Texas couldn't touch Garcia all night, Andrus not only makes that rally happen, but he also took a few runs away from the Cards. This has been an enjoyable series so far.

Without a real Hamilton, the Texas lineup is much less scary. He's clearly not himself right now, and that makes that murderers row that usually happens a lot more manageable.
I'm not sure Texas is clearly the better team because of this. I think they have a big advantage at closer, but the lineup isn't as threatening with this injured version of hammer.
I'm very interested in how different these games will be in Arlington. Besides the AL rules, it may play to Texas' advantage with all the boppers assuming the balls fly out. Or maybe both teams will hit better. I think Garcia and Lewis clearly had a huge advantage tonight because the ball just wasn't carrying.

And can no team hire Francona so he can replace McCarver? I mean my God, he was a good announcer when I was an infant or something, but now he just old and annoying. He can't announce and Tito was so much better than him. It is time for a change, a change for a guy that can count, a change for a guy who whenever its past the 5th inning he doesn't say the manager should pull his starter for a lefty, and a guy that screws up more times than gets it right. He is turrible man, he makes the TBS crew sound like geniuses.

He's never been a good announcer.

I really enjoy the mental battle going on between the teams and both managers. It's like 1 decision can cost the game.
I love Ron Washington. Just thought I'd say that. Just a real baseball guy through and through.
