Drafting Jonathan Sullivan

Hiring Mike Ditka as our head coach and watching as he traded away all of our picks in 1999 and a first and 3rd in 2000 to move up to draft Ricky Williams.

Signing Olinde Mare and getting rid of John Carney.

Trading away Willie Roaf instead of trading Joe Horn.

Keeping Aaron Brooks as our QB for so long and trading away Jake Delhomme in the prime of his career.

Yeah, he won it with Dungy's players. If we would of given him one more chance he would of had it and not that we had Gruden. He is the reason we are rebuilding because of his horrific draft picks. He passed on Aaron Rodgers, Adrian Peterson, and DeSean Jackson. All of his first round picks are busts except Talib. He was the reason for us losing four straight at the end of the 08 season and resting are players to early in 07. Raheem Morris is just cleaning up what Gruden has done.

Every team makes many mistakes. One big and recent mistakes the Falcons made was Jamaal Anderson.

Sticking with Marc Bulger waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too fricking long.

Drafting Alex Barron, I don't care who we got for him, if Jerry Jones traded us the Notebook on DVD for him, that woulda been a great move for us.

Prolly soon to be drafting Sam Bradford over Suh, hoping I am wrong and many others are too on that.

Hiring Linehan as successor to Martz, we shoulda got a defensive guy like Spags in the first place.

Letting our offensive line get so old (Pace, Timmerman, McCollum) with no one ready to step in except for my favorite player ever Alex Barron.

Ummm... Not paying Terrell Owens, TO was amazing in Eagles green and the Eagles made a huge mistake kicking him off the team, if they just paid the man the whole fued fiasco would've never happened and the Eagles would likely have a lombardi trophy. Should've payed him.

The Andrews brothers rank up there too, Shawn and Stacy are wastes.

I'm pretty positive Jake Delhomme was a free agent when he went to Carolina. I remember that off-season the Cowboys tried to sign him but he chose the Panthers instead :/

And John Carney will forever be remembered as the guy that missed the XP after the River City Relay. He deserved to be cut.

- Drafting PacMan Jones 6th Overall.
- Drafting LenDale White over Maurice Jones-Drew.
- Drafting Chris Henry in the 2nd RD.
- Drafting Andre Woolfolk over Nnamdi Asomugha.
- Drafting Kevin Dyson over Randy Moss.
- All the mid-round WR's that never developed into anything and waiting so long to provide VY with weapons.
- The Norm Chow experiment.
- Having the chance to sign Gregg Williams to replace Jim Schwartz, but having the deal fall through because Bud Adams wouldn't pay Williams's son, who was joining his father's staff as an assistant, a fairly generous salary for his position.
- Allowing Eric @#$%ing King to leave in Free Agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drafting Kevin Dyson instead of Randy Moss, we would of a couple of SB rings by now.
Drafting Chris henry and passing on steve smith
Drafting Pacman Jone (he would of been a good player if Paul Tagliabue was still commish)
Signing garbage WRs like Justin Gage and Nate Washington to be out #1 wideout and people want Vince to throw for 300yds with those garbage WRs. This does not include Paul Williams and sorry middle round WRs. At least the colts give Peyton 1st round weapons.
Signing the terrible Nick Harper

Passing on Darnell Dockett for Marquise Hill (R.I.P.).
Passing on Shaun Phillips for (God...) Guss Scott.
Passing on DeAngelo Williams for Laurence Maroney.
Passing on Greg Jennings for Chad Jackson.
Passing on Clay Matthews for an extra pick.
Passing on Sergio Kindle for a CB.

And yes, we're good drafters.

Kept Jay Fielder in as the starter for way too long

Gave up too much and relied too much on Ricky Williams in 02-03 to carry the offense and ignored everything else on offense. He carried the ball 775 times and caught like 90 passes. No wonder he retired on us.

Trading a 2nd round pick for AJ ******* Feeley

Hiring a college coach to be the HC and giving him full control(Saban)

Picking the bum Culpepper over Brees

Drafting Ted Ginn with the 9th overall pick. The 07 draft class was horrible. Had like 10 picks, but only a punter and backup NT is left from that class.

Waiting too long to bring in a dangerous weapon on offense(Marshall)

The biggest by far is running off Jimmy Johnson. Here you have a coach with the best team in the game winning two straight Super Bowls with young Hall of Famers. What do you do? You run him into "retirement." Thanks a lot Jerry.

Passing on Randy Moss was another. I really liked Greg Ellis, but he is nowhere close to Randy Moss.

Passing on Tony Brackens was horrible too. Shante Carver sucked horribly.

Shawn was a pro bowler at one point though, but I agree 100% about not paying TO being a huge mistake.

Iíll stick to my generation.

Drafting Jerome McDougle
Drafting Freddie Mitchell over Chad Ochocinco and Reggie Wayne
Giving Kearse that big contract
Failing to address the need of LB ever since the Andy Reid era basically
Letting Brian Dawkins go
Drafting Ryan Moats who was a poor mans clone of Westbrook over Brandon Jacobs who fit our exact need at RB
Letting Steve Spagnualo go (well that one was out of our reach)

- All the mid-round WR's that never developed into anything and waiting so long to provide VY with weapons.
- The Norm Chow experiment.
- Having the chance to sign Gregg Williams to replace Jim Schwartz, but having the deal fall through because Bud Adams wouldn't pay Williams's son, who was joining his father's staff as an assistant, a fairly generous salary for his position.
- Allowing Eric @#$%ing King to leave in Free Agency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Big time FA busts -Carl Pickens, Yancy Thigpen, David Givins

Letting go of John Runyan

Salary cap hell- (When we had to let go of Rolle, Mason and McNair). Damn Ravens.

Signing the terrible Nick Harper
I wouldnt call Gage and Washington "garbage", they are just average.

And Nick Harper played well his first couple of years with us, he just got old.

For the Bears:

David Terrell
Sticking with David Terrell for so long hoping he would become something
A first round that consisted of Michael Haynes and Rex Grossman
Paying big money to Tommie Harris after one great season
Cedric Benson
Trading T-Jones to make more touches for for Benson
Dumping Benson
Not giving Mark Bradley a real chance
Giving Dan Manning opportunities at position other than nickel CB
Sticking with Grossman over Orton when our defense and run game only needed a game manager, not a ******* turnover machine
Spending a 3rd rounder on a special teamer RB (Wolfe)
Dan Bazuin

And that's just what looking through Bears draft picks sparks in my memory...there are a lot more (Archuleta, Booker->Muhammad->Booker, Keeping Aromashadu on the bench when Cutler asked for him to start the season.....)
