Tough break for Bruce Miller.
But he's not one of their most 15 important players for sure, so not that big a deal.
Most teams don't even employ a fullback anymore anyway.
Crabtree's back.
Boldin is still there.
Vernon Davis is fine.
Kapernick is fine.
Gore is fine.
Both OTs are fine.
Offense is extremely healthy.

How are those studs on defense? Any on IR?
The 2 Smith Bros.?
The great 2 ILBs Bowman and Willis?
The great OLB Ahmad Brooks?

Your entire injury argument is a mockery of itself at this point. Who cares if OTHER teams don't use a FB??? The 49ers do. He's on the field 60% of the time and is 3rd on the team in receptions. Iupati and McDonald are also out. Just because the 49ers have a TON of great players whom are healthy doesn't mean the players that they lose over the course of the season are irrelevant.

But let's talk about how terrible it is to lose the likes of superstars Bryan Bulaga and Derek Sherrod. Since their injuries seem more important.

Let's not discuss these two back-to-back FIRST round picks (2010 & 2011).
First round picks aren't that important.
Neither are OT's, on a pass-first team.

The Niners continue to dodge key injuries.
That's a headline right here, which cannot be disputed period/

Just because they're 1st round picks does NOT make their injuries impactful from a talent perspective.

Using that philosophy there were games this season when...

Eric Reid, AJ Jenkins, Aldon Smith, Mike Iupati, Michael Crabtree, Kentwan Balmer, Patrick Willis, Joe Staley, Vernon Davis... and every 1st round pick in the team's history prior to that missed time.

Anthony Davis is the only 1st round pick to not miss time this season.

When Joe Staley went down, Alex Boone dominated at LT. When Mike Iupati went down, Adam Snyder filled his shoes decently. When Ian Williams was lost, Glenn Dorsey played at a career best level. When Willis was out, Wilhoite made big plays, when Culliver and Brown went out Tramaine Brock and Eric Wright filled the holes splendidly.

The only player the 49ers struggled to replace was Crabtree.

It's not the INURIEZZZ fault that Bulaga and Sherrod haven't been replaced.

I wish AJ Jenkins was perpetually injured rather than just being terrible so I could stomp my feet and tantrum and whine this isn't fair!

Today's Injuriezzzz

Tony Romo, back, will have MRI tomorrow.

Steve Smith, knee

Clay Matthews rebroke his thumb which caused him to miss 4 games earlier this season. He went out in the 2nd quarter and won't return today. Might miss more games.

Patrick Peterson with quite the bonehead play on that Seattle TD drive.

PAT no good but someone lined up over the center on the play. Gotta love NFL officiating.

Wrong thread. My bad.

First, Clay Matthews season seemingly ends.
Also, Brian Orakpo left looking bad,

Now I am hearing Von Miller might have torn his ACL, season over.
Horrible day for the edge-rushers.
Watch out, Aldon Smith.

WEEK 16 INJURY REPORT

Tony Romo, back, surgery required. Season over.
Von Miller, ACL torn, Season over.
Kenny Vaccaro, broken ankle. Season over.
Clay Matthews, broken thumb again, surgery, season over.
Ryan Tannehill, something, season in question.
Eddie Lacy, ankle, was unable to return, season in question.
Steve Smith, knee, doubtful next week and questionable going forwards.

All these teams were in the playoffs or contention for the playoffs.
Denver has now lost a great LT and great OLB. Can they still win a Super Bowl?

Seattle is missing their top 2 WRs.
Can Russell Wilson make due without his own Crabtree & Boldin?
Can Manning win it all without his own Aldon Smith & Joe Staley?
What about all of Brady's Patriots injuries?

Nice to be healthy this time of year.

Once again, the 49ers enjoying the best overall health of ANY team in the NFL. It would have been spectacular had they not stolen that game from Atlanta last night, and then lost at the Cardinals next week. To miss the playoffs without losing any of their most important players would have been missing out on a special rare opportunity in today's NFL.

No Romo, Jake Long, Rodgers, Sam Bradford, Sean Lee, Maurqice Pouncey, DeSean Jackson, Ryan Clady, Randall Cobb, Von Miller, Clay Matthews, Jermichael Finley, Bryan Bulaga, Julio Jones, Sidney Rice, Dwight Freeney, Rob Gronkowski, Vince Wilfork, Reggie Wayne, Ahmad Bradshaw, Henry Melton, Peanut Tillman, etc. this year for the Niners.

Their best guys, all able to avoid ACL or collar bones or broken hands, etc. somehow. Don't give me a fullback as being important. There's a reason that position has been phased out of today's game, and we saw last night that Bruce Miller was not that important. Behind that massive, healthy OL, still holes galore last night vs Atlanta.

I wonder if that luck will change after they leave Candlestick this season. We'll see.

If the Niners don't win the Super Bowl this season on a year with the most amazing health luck of the century, that will be a failure.

I would say as of health you would have to give the Eagles the nod as the healthiest team as of right now. They lost Maclin and Hunt early in the preseason but have to be near the top if not the top team as of not being injured.

This is a complete joke, at this point.

Not once have you EVER given credit to the depth of the team. Yet you continue to mock their injuries as insignificant.

Ahmad Bradshaw is an important player to miss games, but Iupati isn't?

j-mike is the jordan taber of injuries. i have no idea why anyone takes him seriously. the fact that he's even talking about clady and von miller, when he has no idea what their impact has been at any point this season, says enough.

PLAYOFFS son, not regular season games.
Playoffs and Super Bowls are all that matter, not regular season records.

I didn't know Bradshaw was coming back in time for the playoffs. Is he?
Last I checked, Iupati was already back now.
