I completely agree. He's nowhere near 100%. My frustration is that no one else seems to be able to get in despite that .

I feel kind of bad for Koger. I mean it's his fault he drops a ton of balls, but he barely even gets looks in this offense. If he went to a team that actually used the TE as anything other than a blocker, I think he could have been a real beast.

The problem is that Michigan has a lot of good players at wideout, so the touches just aren't there for Koger and Webb.
