OK. 14 is good.
Let's start over. Do an auction and set a draft time.
Shall we make this a keeper league or refresh every year? I think refreshing every year is a better way of doing this. It will prevent folks from spending $200 on a player, sucking in year 1 with the plan to keep the guy for next season. Smarter bids, smarter buys and a more interesting and challenging draft.
For everyone wanting to play, give us your available draft times next week.

I think 1 or 2 keepers would be good.

Nah, after thinking about it... I think no keepers is the way to go.
I just hate the thought of someone spending all their money just to get 1 guy to keep.

I think having keepers will give people more of a reason to hang around for the next season+
We could also do a penalty for keepers.. Like you can have two keepers, but the amount of money you have for the next years auction will be subtracted by what you paid for your keeper.

OK, this is what we'll do.
You can keep up to 3 players with these restrictions: - The sum of the cost of those players cannot exceed $100 combined (Total Draft Budget is $200).
- Only 1 player can be kept with a cost of $60 dollars or more.
- The sum of the cost of your keepers will be deducted from your draft budget.
- Once a player is keep 2 years, he will automatically go back into the draft pool. It doesn't matter if is traded. For example, if Blake Griffin is kept once and then is traded, the new owner can only keep him once before he goes back into the draft pool. If he is kept twice and is traded, then the new owner only gets him until the end of the season. This is to ensure the draft pool is refrehsed every 3 years. It also means teams will have to consider whether they want to "clear cap space" for that draft and limit their keepers or not.

I don't think so. If we find one more member, it'll be an even amount and we should be good.

Never played fantasy sports with you so I don't know. I sent you an invite.
Can you make the draft time?
BTW, everyone check the draft time to see if it's ok with you. It's set for Dec 19 at 8PM EST.
