He was on the Redskins roster in training camp. They cut him for whatever reason, and the Eagles immediately added him. He has been a monster and is probably due for an extension. Note that the Eagles are likely to hammer out new contracts for:

Vick, Jackson, Trevor Laws, Dixon, Bradley, and Avant at the very least. I'd imagine they'll get things ready to go soon before or after the new CBA is in place.

Corey Webster.

He's a legit top 5 CB in the league, and has been since 08, but he doesn't get the recognition for it.

Now a days it is Ike Taylor. He still is for the most part shutting down opposing #1's. He is not on like Aso's level or even close but he has been a very excellent corner for a while now and is never in anyones top anything.

Maybe it is just me but Harrison seems to be underrated as of late. Just an all around amazing player. With all the negative pub he has gotten lately it seems that people forget he is one of, if not the best at his position. And I would not take Matthews or Ware over him for a second.

I've been saying it all year, but it's Jeff Backus. He's been lights out. This year he's went up against Julius Peppers (5 sacks), Trent Cole (7), Jared Allen (7), Clay Matthews (12), James Hall (8.) Osi Umenyiora (8.)8), Brian Orakpo (8.)8), and DeMarcus Ware (9) and has been responsible for only three sacks all year.

EJ Biggers CB from Tampa Bay. He has been absolutely terrific this season in making pass break ups and not getting beat at all. Not bad for a player drafted late in the 7th round from western michigan

Preseason I would have said Cameron Wake but being second in the league in sacks kinda makes people recognize you.

Another obvious choice is Brian Hartline as he is quietly enjoying a very solid season, already eclipsing his numbers from last year. He's shown up big in some key spots where Marshall has been invisible and was starting to really come on before Henne got hurt.

Honorable mention to Paul Soliai and Tony McDaniel though. Soliai is making the coaching staff regret taking Odrick with the first pick as he's performing much better than Starks ever did on the nose which is going to leave us with 3 starting 34DEs next year, none of which we'd want to trade. McDaniel is the top backup at every DL position right now and is having himself a VERY good year having the second most tackles among all our defensive linemen.

:( I always thought the Jags gave up on McDaniels too soon. He was pretty bad in Jacksonville, though. Glad to hear he's progressed into a nice player.

For the Raiders Id go with DE Matt Shaughnessy. Had a good rookie season but still is spliting time with other DE's. One of the leaders on the team in sacks and might be our best DE against the run.

Another one could be P Shane Lechler and DT Tommy Kelly

For the Raiders, it's their two unsung defensive lineman. Tommy Kelly, who was widely joked about for the contract the Raiders gave him, has been a top 5 DT this year easily. He's 2nd in sacks among DTs and last I checked was in the top 3 in pressures as well, not to mention the fact that he's done all this while playing the majority of his snaps lined up between the center and guard. He's been a great player for Oakland this year.

The other guy has to Matt Shaughnessy. He made the NFL's all-rookie team last year, but he seemed to even be underrated by the Raiders when Trevor Scott was given his starting spot. All he's done for Oakland when he's in the game is be their second best edge rusher (behind Wimbley), be their best defensive end against the run (by a huge margin), and lead the team in sacks despite not playing anything close to starting snaps. Shaughnessy has been excellent.

New England: Dan Connolly. Dude's been playing really well all season long, whether it was at left guard during Mankins' holdout, or right guard ever since Stephen Neal got hurt. He's a solid starter in the league on either side.

I'm really happy with Connolly. We don't have to worry about Stephen Neal anymore. Isn't that nice?

On Browns offense Floyd Womack. Has played OT and OG equally well the past 2 seasons[almost want to say he's been better at RT than RG.]and there's a noticeable difference in the running game when he's not on the field.

On defense Scott Fujita. Transitioned nicely to a 34 defense and does everything pretty well. 51 tkls 2 ff 1 int 3.5 sks through about 8gms. Was playing at a pro bowl level before hurting his knee early against NYJ. The defense is still playing well but has missed his coverage, ability to diagnosis plays, and sure tackling in the last two games.

At throwing interceptions? I think you can even put him higher than that.

For the Packers I'd probably go with Tramon Williams or Cullen Jenkins. HM- Nick Collins.
