He's right, I like different music than he does, but I never thought I'd see the day where a poster talks about how great the remixes are to Throw Some Ds & Its Goin Down. The Roots covered all those songs at their concert, and asked if hip hop was dead beforehand :)

man those songs may not be pure hip-hop i agree with you on that but i just thought those were good remixes, im sure there's better ones but i like those.

You wanna talk about real hip-hop at it's purest, then lets talk Blueprint/Black Album, Black on Both Sides (Mos Def), (st)Illmatic and any Pac/Biggie. Those are the classics if you ask me.

Im sure you know more about this than i do but i was just pointing out some remixes i liked. And weezy is sick, he may not be the best but he's gotta be near the top. and i was simply quoting when i wrote that best rapper alive stuff.
