After playing almost the entire game against Philly in relief of Miller, Enroth has made back-to-back starts. He won both and has only let in 3 goals in those ~180 minutes. He's put up as many wins as Miller has in less than half as many starts this year (his record over the past two seasons is 13-2-2). I'm not suggesting anything, I would do just the opposite if I thought it was a serious debate, but we definitely rode the hot hand and I'd have to think Miller is very upset after sitting consecutive games after getting pulled.

Hitchcock in St Louis? Where did that come from?
In less fat news, I'd totally switch teams for Loui Eriksson.

Boy, Koivu's only got one assist, but he's played a world class level tonight. Could easily have 5 assists and forcing a ton of turnovers.

Also, I love Jarome Iginla, but he is being a gigantic douchebag.

Pretty sloppy game tonight. Little surprised that we won it, refs gave us a lot of calls towards the end. We had some nice powerplay passing on the tying and winning goals. Roy, Pominville, and Vanek did nice work. Highlight of the game was the Glass-McCormick fight, though.
Miller was still very shaky, though. Tough situation.
First game I've been to this year. Rick Jeanneret and Hawerchuk were inducted into te Sabres HOF. I love Hawerchuk, but Jeanneret's speech nearly had me in years. Just an awesome guy, he can never leave.

Pierre McGuire said Philly called Tampa Bay cowards for running a 1-3-1 trap.
Happened 2-3 times that game too where Philly just sat in their own zone and didn't move up ice at all.

Haha, I think both teams are ridiculous. Philly, have some balls. Tampa, don't be cowards.

On a similar note, why did the Island stop playing Montoya?
Hurry back, Legwand. Need more 'Merican blue collar greatness. Smith, Suter, and Wilson make me pants happy.

So apparently 13/18 GMs say Tampa is responsible for the 1-3-1 system that happened and want a rule change, according to Bob McKenzie.
Seems like calling Tampa cowards is hinting that the trap Devils, and sometimes the Red Wings are the same. Even Dallas before Turco left.

Man, I'm so excited to see if Sid is going to play this weekend. I heard he won't, but it'll be a nice surprise. It's looking like Tuesday now.

Sorry bout your Sharks. How can a team be so low without having had a lot of good players recently graduate to the NHL?
