Didn't realize Bracken Kearns got called up, but he deserves it. One of the hardest working players I have ever seen play and a real awesome dude off the ice. Literally worked his way up from nothing to the NHL. He is great defensively, will stand up for his teammates, and do anything to block a shot. Glad to see him finally getting a chance in Florida.

Giant bust Joe Finley is making his NHL debut, too. Signed with Rochester after a failed tryout, was a healthy scratch for a bit, then proceeded to make the A his undersized *****, signed an NHL deal a few days ago and was called up within the day.
