Sproles always destroys TB. Roll with him. And as of now I'd have to go with the guy who actually gets targeted by his QB in Stevie

Guys need some help. In a 14 team league. Starting WR's are Julio Jones and Mike Williams. Backups are Jennings and Alshon Jeffery. Out of Jennings or Jeffery who would you drop for Blackmon?

Should I potentially drop T.Y. Hilton for Edelman?

Edelman should have a big day unless the team plans their defense around him which I doubt since Amendola is out.

I know projections don't mean much but any reason Nicks is projected so low this week?

would you guys trade Wes Welker for Desean Jackson and Cecil Shorts? i'm trying to sell high on Welker while buying low on Shorts. i'm also a huge fan of Desean in Kelly's offense and right now risk picking between Weeden/Marlon Brown/Gio Bernard for my flex spot. as long as Henne remains the starter i think Shorts could be a great pull

edit; scoring is ppr

Blount or Lamar **** tard Miller? I have a feeling if I bench Miller for Blount he'll have his one good game of the year or something. On the other hand, I'm not sure if Blount even sees the field that much if BB decides he wants to let Ridley out of the dog house.

If you can do it and are short on WR depth, it is a good situation. Just be aware that DeSean is going to get double or triple teamed a lot, and he might not always get the # of receptions. Welker is good, but there are a lot of "mouths" to feed in Denver...

Guys, I need a little help here. 12-man league, standard scoring aside from .5ppr

QB: Brees vs. Tampa
RB: Spiller vs. Carolina
RB: D. Wilson vs. Denver
WR: Steve Smith vs. Buffalo
WR: A. Jeffery vs. Minnesota
TE: J. Graham vs. Tampa
W/T: J. Cook vs. Atlanta
W/R/T: M. Williams vs. New Orleans

BN: Ben Tate vs. Tennessee
BN: Joique Bell vs. Arizona
BN: Eric Decker vs. Giants
BN: Roy Helu vs. Packers
BN: Mark Ingram vs. Tampa
BN: Tony Romo vs. Kansas City
BN: Justin Blackmon vs. Oakland (SUS)

Here's my thinking:
Obvious starters:
  • Brees
  • Spiller
  • Graham
  • Cook

Steve Smith has to play. The Bills' secondary is weak right now and we always get lit up by #1 WRs and slot guys (tip: if you need a quick WR pickup in future weeks, pick the slot guy against the Bills. We have NO ONE to cover him. Trust me). This fills QB, RB1, WR1, TE, W/T. I've got RB2, WR2, and W/R/T to go.

I can see Denver lighting up the Giants, meaning New York is going to have to throw the ball. AKA, Wilson won't get a lot of touches. Roy Helu is not going to play, and Mark Ingram is god-awful. I can see starting Tate, but doesn't Tennessee have a pretty good run-D? As for Joique Bell, I think he could be hit-or-miss this week.

For the W/R/T spot, that entirely depends on your view towards my RBs

Thanks for any help guys, I appreciate it

I'd go with Miller. I don't like Indy's run-D.

Need WR3 advice for my .5 PPR league. TY Hilton or Michael Floyd. Thinking that Floyd will get more snaps and will likely face single coverage. However, Hilton is perhaps more explosive.

My lean right now is for Floyd. Any objections?

That's a close one. I'd lean Floyd though as I expect that game to be more of a shootout.

I drunkenly said that I wouldn't start Tom Brady against the Jets. So it looks like I'm going with Pryor against the Jags. I think it has a good chance of working out.

Also, are Rod Streater/Marlon Brown better starts than Austin Miles/Lance Moore?

Miles should start over the other three without question but if you are rocking Pryor Streater could net you double points vs Lance being one of 700 weapons Brees has.

How confident are we starting Kaepernick vs Seattle? I have RG3 vs GB, and EJ Manuel vs. Carolina.

Still leaning toward Kaepernick.

So it begins

ESPN Boston "wouldn't be surprised" if Danny Amendola (groin) is out until Week 4.

I would go Kaep or RG3. Seattle is going to most likely stifle the 49ers run game thus putting the game on Kaep's back. Although you could potentially say the same for RG3 but the question is who is going to have more of an impact?

I think I really like the idea of rooting for Kaepernick in primetime than RG3 against my favorite team lol. EJ Manuel isn't a serious play and I might have to drop him with Kaep and RG3. I feel like he should be owned though.
