Well, that's more than we got out of Jayme Mitchell last year, lol.

Tracey Porter to the Bengals would make sense. Could be a decent #2 next to Hall.
They might stil be looking to the draft to get another corner to be the nickel though.

Four, not six. Only seven for his entire career.

After hearing Peyton Hillis talk with the local media I feel better about the pick up. I never hated it but was lukewarm on it. He sounds pretty determined and ready to go. We will see.

Come on Oakland we have around $7M in cap room now after the recent cuts, making a signing! A CB or FS would make me happy. They are likely waiting on what happens with Wimbley though, a decision will be make this weekend so us Raider fans may have to wait til then....

My bad. Had him and Fanene mixed up.
And injuries really hampered him early on

Next up, sign Myers so no more Amano/Harris.

Hillis a Chief. I like that move!
Charles and Hillis will be a nice 1-2 combo.

Houston may be losing Winston, but the Titans struggled run blocking all last year, we would have to assume Houston would drop off but I don't see that likely in a 1 cut ZBS with Foster and Tate. They didn't skip a beat without Mario.
Saying they will miss the playoffs all together after a 5th rd rookie QB almost got them into the AFC championship game is a big overreaction to me.
Sure if Peyton goes, anything can happen certainly. But as it stands, Hass isn't good enough, Locker is going to have some growing pains, and Houston just kept on ticking last year no matter who went down.
|
With 3 potential new starters on the o-line, and film on what the Texans do on defense it's very possible. Let's not forget the Titans were 9-7 while the Texans were 10-6, so there wasn't a huge difference. And the titans beat the ravens who were actually in the championship game, not the Texans

Great news. I'm more than content with Leroy Harris still starting, I think people tend to underrate him especially with Amano starting.
But hopefully we get Myers and Amano is released

Bengals did that with him.
Play him on 1st and 2nd, substitute on 3rd or move him inside on 3rd.

Just my guess based on Houston's OL getting gutted. Mario leaving isn't going to help things.
But it isn't logical for you to say they "kept on ticking" when they backed into the playoffs with 3 losses down the stretch. The Houston team you saw down the stretch and into the playoffs wasn't a title contender by any stretch of the imagination.

I'm a saints guy but if I had to pull for an AFL team it would be the Bills and I'm glad they got Super Mario. Not to mention they have the best uniforms in the league.

Vikings are looking at CB Alan Ball. Carrying on the Viking tradition of lousy ass DBs.
