Interested in seeing the numbers if anyone knows. This might mean the end for Manuwai depending also on how confident they feel about Rackley.

Bucs don't play the Cover 2 that much any more. That left Tampa when Kiffin did...

Tampa has mixed up there defense a lot since Kiffen left. They play cover 2 still but they let Talib shadow teams opposing 1 WRs. They mix up a lot of looks such as 4-3 tampa 2 and 3-3-5 schemes. The DBs they've been drafting can play both man to man and cover 2.
Trust me, I think they'd love Aso to come in and shut one side of the field and have opposing offenses to try and throw on both Talib and Aso with Barber and Biggers in the 3/4 CB roles.

The Green Bay Packers`secondary says hi to that...
Also, the Falcons should target Jenkins, that is, if he can play LDE
On Spitz, he`s nothing more but a back up...

I actually did. Not only is Asamoah ready to start now he is cheaper.
That said nothing but love for Waters a pros pro. I thank him for all he has done for KC on and off the field class act.

Depth on the oline is a concern, but Waters has declined and wasn't worth his salary.

I never expected him to be flat out released.
Whatever team picks him up will get a true professional and a leader in the locker room. Man. This kind of sucks.

“Brian (Waters) has played a key role in our progress and I am personally
grateful for his contributions to this team”, said General Manager Scott Pioli,
“He and I had a good discussion and mutually agreed that this is a sound
football decision for both Brian and the Chiefs. Brian has been an integral part
of this organization and will always be part of the Kansas City Chiefs. We wish
him nothing but the best.”
Waters said, “I’d like to thank the entire Chiefs organization, especially
for giving me an opportunity as a young player when other teams wouldn’t. I’m
grateful for the coaches, teammates and support staff who helped me become the
player and man I am today. I’d also like to thank the fans of Kansas City who
cheered us on. The Chiefs and I have mutually agreed on this decision and
although I look forward to continuing my career, I’ll always have a special
place in my heart for Kansas City."
Chiefs Chairman and CEO Clark Hunt said, “My family and I have a tremendous
amount of respect for Brian both as a player and a person, and we wish him the
best in the future. From his performance on the field over the years to being
named the NFL Walter Payton Man of the Year in 2009, Brian has been an
outstanding member of the Chiefs organization, and when he is ready to retire,
we’ll welcome him back to do so as a member of the Kansas City Chiefs."
