Austin Howard
Justin Tuck
Lamarr Woodley
Antonio Smith
Tarrell Brown
James Jones

Bungled:
Rodger Saffold Jr.

McKenzie seems to target 2 players a day. 1st day was Saffold/Howard. Next Justin Tuck/Woodley. Then Smith/Brown. Now Jones/Boothe.
McKenzie has bounced back after the whole Saffold situation, I like the signings as they are setting a foundation on the trenches. Add in Jones and Brown to improve the skill position spots and should be an improved football team all around. I'm still crossing my fingers Bortles somehow slips to #5

I'm hoping for Bridgewater or Khalil Mack. Though Watkins would not disappoint me.

I think Mack helps that entire D play up.

I can't wait until Brandon Graham signs with the Giants. It's gonna be such a glorious day.

It's about time honestly.

And all kidding aside, if we could offer our 5th round pick for Brandon Graham I'd be all for it.

All kidding aside, a 5th for Graham? More like 5 first round picks.

Dream on buddy. No way the Eagles are stupid enough to let such an elite god-tier pass rusher hit the open market.

Sacks since 2011, counting playoffs:

Jason Pierre-Paul: 8.5
Brandon Graham: 9.5

Sacks from 2014-onward:

I guarantee that Brandon Graham will finish with more career sacks than Jason Pierre-Paul.

why would you count the playoffs literally no one does that when comparing stats, it often throws off the games played equality.

Bears release Earl Bennett. Hurry up, Carolina. He'll be dirt cheap and his body is warm. He's not "good" precisely, but he's far from being a steaming pile of dog crap. Would easily be your #1 WR (ouch). "Team sources" claim that Marquess Wilson is ready to be #3 and will probably beat out Domenik Hixon.

Bears sign Israel Idonije. Sucked in Detroit, but it's a depth signing and it's better than what we were signing off of the street last season, so donnnnn't caaaarrrre.

Henry Melton continues his quest to milk every possible dollar he can out of his next contract, visiting with St. Louis today.

Someone in the Jets organization told Manish Mehta that no one knows WTF Idzik is doing, which is cool because I thought I was the only one.

Seems to me like the guy is trying to give Rex Ryan as little help as possible so he can fire him.

That's exactly what he's doing, at least from the outside looking in. I'm pretty sure Idzik hates the fact that Rex had a good season last year and he was forced to keep him.

Rex is a damn good coach, if he gets on the market I'd contend that he'd be one of the hottest names available. The dude might bring some baggage, but he's a hell of a coach.

Agreed. Honestly, the best thing in the world would be if Rex got fired after the season, Coughlin retired, and you guys hired him. Just "feels" right.

A question for all posters: What has been the strangest free agent signing so far?

I think it's Julius Peppers to Green Bay. Not only does he not fit in a 3-4 defense (at least not the slower version of Peppers, who I don't picture dropping into coverage very well as a OLB), but it's very uncharacteristic of GM Ted Thompson to bring in a relatively expensive older free agent. This is a sign of desperation to try to fix a defense that keeps getting worse.

It will never happen bc our owners hate Rex Ryan (Rex has constantly been acting like the little brother trying to prove himself since he came to NY) but I would love it if it did.

But the chances of that happening are less than 0%. The Giants would never hire him. Too buttoned down of an organization and Rex burned some bridges here. A lot actually.

That would never happen.

This is tough.

Jaguars giving Ziggy Hood starter money?

Titans releasing a declining but still ok right tackle in favor of a bad one?

Chris Williams being handed a starting job and being paid like he's worth having around in Buffalo?

The Bucs signing Josh McCown and declaring him starter?

They're all so bad.

Probably the whole Rodger Saffold circus.

That and why anyone would look at Kenny Britt.

I hope Marquess Wilson is ready. That's quite the load of responsibility considering he had 2 catches last year.
