This. I usually end up with two showers a day as I'll play basketball/go to the gym/jog/etc. at some point during the day. I really need to be smarter and plan to do those things before I shower, though.

Although, I admit if I know I won't be going out (and I know people won't be coming over) I'll skip a day now and then.

At night before I go to sleep, and when I wake up in the morning. Morning shower is to help me wake up and feel refreshed, as well as just cleaning up.

Night shower is more because I hate going to sleep dirty, because my bed gets dirty and then I need to wash my sheets and stuff. I'd rather just take the shower.

I'm like most people. Once a day unless I get really sweaty or dirty for whatever reason. And if I'm not leaving the house at all, I'll skip a day once in a while.
