The Bears are still interested in moving up contingent on a certain player being available. Washington, Philadelphia, Detroit, San Diego (42-45) is about where I'm looking to land.

I'm usually not a big fan of drafting the same position in back to back rounds, much less the same round, but I like it for the Jags. Their passing game has been pretty inept, so some big targets would really help in Gabbert's development.

It was a great move on their part and It allowed me to drop back far enough were I would still be comfortable getting one of the players I am targeting.

It will help in Gabbert's development that they are both great possession targets, but neither is really a deep threat. They might have trouble stretching out defenses.

By that token, so is J'Marcus Webb. His strengths include:

- Frequently helps teammates up off the field.
- Has really big feet.
- The announcers can tell the story of how he only had one pair of shoes as a kid once per game.
- He has an apostrophe in his first name.
- He is good for testing how well your QB can avoid pressure.
